Installing a WordPress blog requires a bit of technical knowledge:

1. Download the latest WordPress package.

2. Create a MySQL database, user name and password, usually using the cPanel interface.

3. Edit the wp-config.php

4. Upload the installation package on the web server using the FTP protocol.

5. Run the installation script and you are pretty much done.
